U12 Wildcats defeat The Liberators
The U12 Wildcats rebounded ferociously from the loss last week with a revived offensive display to beat The Liberators 12-2. The work that we did during the week to focus on attacking and finishing paid off with a flurry of goals throughout the game. Sam and Sarah performed a wonderful overlap and earned all U12 players some ice cream. You girls came to play and did a wonderful job, as there was a lot of individual skill demonstrated throughout the game that we’ve been working on during the season. Leah, Rebecca, and Kayla all had wonderful headers.
Things to work on this week:
- Continued improvement of movement off the ball
- Passing… getting your head up sooner after beating an opponent and making a decision to pass, shoot or dribble
- Defensive communication
